Transition Reports

Paul G. Clark was sworn in as county executive at noon on Nov. 15, 2010. He enlisted the help of volunteers to ensure a smooth transition for his new administration. The transition team members offered their expertise from various backgrounds in government, business, the nonprofit sector and civic leadership. They divided into six committees to examine government operations in every department, then made recommendations to the county executive based on their findings. Read their final reports listed below.

The transition team chairpersons are Ted Blunt, former Wilmington city councilman; Maria Matos, executive director of the Latin American Community Center in Wilmington; and Paul Morrill, former city manager for Delaware City.
