Board of Adjustment

Board Responsibilities

The Board hears requests from property owners for variances from a variety of County laws and regulations.

Meeting Schedule

The Board of Adjustment meets twice monthly on the second and fourth Thursdays. Meetings begin at 6 p.m. and are held at the New Castle County Government Center, 87 Reads Way, New Castle Corporate Commons, New Castle, Delaware. All meetings are open to the public.
