Non-Permit Endorsed Contractor License

Who Needs This License?

A Non-Permit Endorsed Contractor License is applicable to only those contractors performing work that does not require a permit and work not requiring a mechanical or plumbing license.  Refer to Sections 6.03.008-009 of the New Castle County Code for work requiring a utility license holder.

How to Apply or Renew

Option 1 - use the Online License Application to instantly purchase or renew a license using a credit card.

Option 2 - 2010 Paper License Application.

  • Submit to New Castle County with check
  • Allow two (2) weeks for processing

 

Option 3 - Visit New Castle County Government Center.

  • Self-service desk is available for immediate processing of application with a credit card
