How can I find the telephone number and/or e-mail address for a specific employee?
Answer:
We do not maintain the full list of employees' numbers and e-mail addresses on the website.  You may use the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page to find the telephone number and e-mail address for the service you require.
Question:
Where can I find the laws that apply to County Land Use? 
Answer:
The "Laws & Codes" link on the main page will take you to links for the laws we regulate.  Generally, the chapters of the New Castle County Code specific to Land Use are:  Chapter 6 - Building Code, Chapter 7 - Property Maintenance, Chapter 12 - Drainage, Chapter 19 - Residential Rental Properties, Chapter 28 - Planning and Chapter 40 - the Unified Development Code.
