The HOCKESSIN VILLAGE DESIGN REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE seeks public comment on the proposed signage upgrades and Electronic Message Board (EMB) signage at the DRAC's upcoming Signage Upgrade Presentation. Should EMBs be allowed or prohibited in the Hockessin Village Overlay District? EMBs are relatively new technology on the local landscape, so please come and voice your opinion.
