Registering Property Maintenance Complaints & Pay Tickets
Do you have a neighbor who does not cut his/her grass or weeds? Are there unregistered, inoperable vehicles sitting on your next door neighbor’s property? Is there debris or old appliances sitting in the yard? File a complaint on-line so our Code Officers can inspect.
Exemption Applications & Assessment Appeals
Eligible senior or disabled property owners can download the application to apply for a property tax exemption. For those who believe that their property assessment is in error, a description of the appeal process and application for assessment appeals is available.
Renting out a Home
Applications for registering a rental property, pamphlets to distribute to tenants and information about the rental property inspection program.
