Resource Protection Area Technical Advisory Committee (RPATAC)

The RPATAC provides technical support and submits recommendations to the Department of Land Use regarding issues impacting protected environmental resources.

RPATAC meets on the third Wednesday of the month, at 9 a.m., in the public meeting room of the Gilliam Building, 77 Reads Way, New Castle Corporate Commons, on an as-needed basis.

All meetings are open to the public and testimony is welcomed. Questions and comments about the RPATAC and agenda items may be directed to John Gysling at (302) 395-5400. There are 13 members on the Resource Protection Area Technical Advisory Committee (RPATAC.) Members are appointed by the County Executive to 4-year terms.  The chairperson is designated by the County Executive.
