SNOW AND HOLIDAY CLOSING

The New Castle County Libraries will close at 5pm on Friday, February 5 and will be closed on Saturday, February 6 and Sunday, February 7 due to the incoming snow. We will also be closed Monday, February 8 in honor of Lincoln's Birthday. We apologize for any inconvenience.

New Castle Public Library Moving

The temporary location of the New Castle Library will be closing for business on 2/14/2010. They will re-open at their permanent home at 424 Delaware Street on 3/20/2010.

February 16: Make My House Sell, 6:30-7:45pm - Want to sell your home? Ready to move but worried your house will sit on the market? Learn how to work with your realtor to find cost effective ways to get ready to sell - from pricing to the importance of home inspections and final negotiations. This is an opportunity to have all your questions answered to market your home successfully. Note: This course was formerly called "It's Time to Sell My House!"
 
February 23: Protecting Your Financial Well-Being, 6:00-7:30pm - This Explore disability and life insurance products and the importance of using them effectively to protect your financial future.

Read to Max

Fridays: January 29; Februay 26

Read your favorite story, poem, or jokes to loveable Max, the library's canine reading companion.  Ages 5 and up (must be able to read on your own).  Registration is required.

Yarn Circle Group
