** The Blue Hen Book Awards are children and teen choice awards sponsored by the Youth Services Division of the Delaware Library Association. The purpose of the award is to encourage literacy and library use by children and teens.

WHEN: Second Wednesday of each month, Noon - 1 PM
WHERE: Community Room at the Hockessin Library

Our Friends organization accepts donations year-round. You can drop off your donations on the second Saturday of each month, between 9 and noon, at the corner of Millcreek Road and Old Lancaster Pike (the empty lot behind Hockessin Memorial Hall).
