How Do I Find Program Information?

The New Castle County Libraries publish their major programs quarterly in the Department of Community Services' "Happenings" tabloid. This guide is available at the New Castle County Libraries (while supplies last) and online through the County's Website in the left menu area.  Most of our libraries also post their programming information on their home pages. You can also contact your local library directly(either in person or by phone).
